Redactor prepares the deed alongside the officer. You tell it the case as you would tell a colleague, hand it the land-registry extract, the deposit agreement or the IDs, and MycoBot identifies the act, reads the documents and proposes every data point stating where it comes from. It only asks what decides which clauses the deed carries, and composes it from your office’s templates and clauses, on your notarial paper. You review and decide; the AI, hosted in the European Union, signs nothing.

The documents speak
Every paper in its place, and what it says already answered
The deed asks for its documents —the land-registry extract, the seller’s title, the property-tax receipt, each party’s ID— and each one has its card. You drop the file on its card or in the tray, and Redactor recognises it, files it and reads it: who the owner is, what charges weigh on the property, how much was paid as a deposit. What it finds it proposes with the sentence from the document that says so, so you can check it at a glance.

From each act’s usual case, whatever holds is taken for granted; Redactor only asks what changes the deed, ordered by what it decides. And it keeps the validation checklist: which documents are missing, who provides them —the client or the office— and which requirements remain before and after signing. You tick them off as they arrive and print it for the client.

The deed
Composed from your clauses, on your notarial paper
On generating, Redactor picks the clauses that match the answers, puts each data point in place and makes the text agree —sells or sell, the buyer in the right gender—. Whatever is not yet known stays as a highlighted gap: you fill it in later, from the same job and without paying for the generation again. The result is shown on notarial paper and downloaded as Word, together with the Single Index (Índice Único) XML.
